Yes, I suppose that wouldn't be very conducive to fixing one's body clock to help them sleep at better hours. Well, for a human...which I suppose we both are, now.

[He could have been much worse off here in Asgard than he is. He's been without the senses that deal with Time before, but then he had still been a Time Lord. The senses that had been burned away left a terrifying hole in him. With a human body, there was no hole. He's not supposed to have those senses in this form.

Chamomile is always good for getting yourself to sleep, I've heard. Well, there are many other kinds, but I doubt they have Draconian teas here. They make fine teas.
